Visiting Students

Study as visiting student at the University of Bremen

You can visit Bremen University for one or two semesters during your regular studies at your home university. To apply please hand in the following documents and a letter with your personal data:

• evidence of enrolment * at your home university and
• proof * that studies abroad (in Germany) are necessary, or recommended, for the degree course you are enrolled for at your home university
• letter of acceptance from the faculty at the University of Bremen.
• applicants from Ukraine and Goergia have to submit documents and translations which are notarised by the German Embassy
• evidence of health insurance cover (the insurance should be taken out in Bremen beause of particularities of the german health care system)
• evidence of knowledge of the German Language (B2 within the scale of the Common European Framework or "Mittelstufe")
